摘　　要：高校党委开展内部巡察,是提升高校治理体系和治理能力,促进高等教育事业健康发展的重要制度支撑和政治保障。当前,高校巡察工作仍面临一些亟待解决的问题,本文通过对高校巡察机制建设进行研究,从建立巡察工作队伍选配机制、巡察问题征集机制、巡察沟通会商机制、巡察整改督办机制、巡察成果转化机制、巡察工作考评机制等方面进行思考与探索。The internal inspection carried out by Party committees in colleges and universities is an important institutional support and political guarantee to improve the governance system and capabilities of colleges and universities,and to promote the healthy development of higher education.At present,internal inspection in colleges and universities still faces some problems that need to be solved urgently.This paper studies the mechanism construction of the inspection work in colleges and universities,reflecting and exploring from the team selection mechanism of the inspection work,the problem collection mechanism of the inspection work,the communication and consultation mechanism of the inspection work,the rectification and supervision of the inspection work,the result transformation mechanism of the inspection work,and the assessment mechanism of the inspection work.
