摘  要:在大数据网络信息化充斥日常事务的今天,几乎人人浮躁多变,讲究做事效率成为当下的趋势,教育领域也不例外。文章从多个方面论述了要培养合格或优质大学本科生必须跳出应试教学怪圈,培养大学生沉得下、耐得住、有较强自学能力的品质,首先根据教育部2019年10月8日发布的教高[2019]6号文件有关大学本科生应具备的条件和能力的论述,再根据目前普通本科院校师生现状分析了与教育部最新要求培养合格本科生存在的多方面差距,最后指出了现在普通本科院校教学上存在的诸多问题及原因,依据教学改革的方向需要做出几个方面的革新,以提高人才培养质量,达到教育部最新文件要求,最终向社会输送优质本科生。In today's day-to-day affairs,which is full of informationization of big data networks,almost everyone is impulsive and changeable.Paying attention to efficiency and shortcuts for doing things has become a trend of the day,and education is no exception.The article discusses from several aspects that we must get out of the circle of exam-oriented teaching so that college students have strong self-learning ability.This way can really train qualified or high-quality undergraduate students.This article first discusses the conditions and abilities that college undergraduates should have based on Jiao Gao[2019]No.6 document issued by the Ministry of Education on October 8,2019.Then,based on the current status of teachers and students in ordinary undergraduate colleges,the gaps between the latest requirements of the Ministry of Education and the training of qualified undergraduates to survive are analyzed.Finally,the article points out many problems and reasons in the teaching of ordinary colleges and universities.According to the direction of teaching reform,several aspects of innovation are needed to improve the quality of personnel training,meet the latest requirements of the Ministry of Education,and finally deliver qualified or high-quality undergraduates to the society.
