摘 要:针对电压源型逆变器在嵌入死区时间后,死区效应引起相电压畸变和零电流钳位等问题,在详细分析了死区效应的产生机理及其对逆变器输出电压影响的基础上,提出了一种基于干扰观测器的在线补偿方法。该方法将死区效应、开关管通断延迟时间等造成的扰动电压视作干扰电压,并在两相旋转坐标系下对两个非零电压矢量进行估计并前馈补偿,无需进行电流极性的检测和死区时间的离线测量。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效降低逆变器输出电压的谐波失真率,抑制零电流钳位现象,提高系统低速轻载的运行稳定性。For the voltage source inverter,the dead-time effect and the phase voltage distortion caused by the zero current clamp were analyzed in detail after the dead time was embedded.The generation mechanism of the dead time effect and the output voltage of the inverter were analyzed in detail.Based on this influence,an online compensation method based on disturbance observer was proposed.The method regards the dead zone effect,the disturbance voltage caused by the switching devices on-off delay time,as the disturbance voltage.Estimating and feeding forward two non-zero voltage vectors in a two-phase rotating coordinate system.This method eliminates the need for current polarity detection and off-line measurement of dead time.The simulation results show that the method can effectively reduce the harmonic distortion rate of the inverter output voltage,suppress the zero current clamping phenomenon,and improve the operating stability of the system at low speed and light load.
