摘 要:文章在分析前轮转向力学性能的基础上,建立并优化了关于力矩平衡的解析数学模型。以某重型卡车为例,求解获得主销定位参数的最优解,并结合实例验证模型的准确性。分析得出轮胎接地面垂向力是影响前轮回正力矩及方向盘转向力的主要因素。编制求解程序分析前轮主销定位角度对轮胎受力及驾驶员操纵轻便性的作用关系。结果为车辆跑偏问题的分析及主销参数的设计提供理论依据。In this paper,the mathematical model of the moment balance principle was established and optimized based on steering returnability.For instance of the heavy truck,the optimal solutions of the kingpin alignment parameters were calculated,of which the accuracy was verified with experiments.The results show that the change of front wheel axle load mainly affects the self-aligning moment and steering force.The relationship of the kingpin alignment parameters and the force of the tire and the driver’s handing performance was analyzed by programming calculation.The results proved that the theoretical basis for analyzing the vehicle deviation and designing the main sales parameters.
