摘　　要：为进一步提高实训教学的管理水平,文章将"7S"精益管理模式引入到车辆专业实训室的日常管理中。树立"7S"精益管理体系,按照流程,重新布局实训室,通过完善实训制度,建立健全安全意识,制定相关的考核标准及方法,利用科学的管理方法,对实训室的资源进行综合配置。逐步提升实训教学的效率和实训师生的职业素养,达到提高实训教学管理水平的目的。In order to improve the management level of practical training teaching,In this paper,"7S"lean management mode is introduced into the daily management of vehicle professional training room.Establish the"7S"lean management system,re-arrange the training room according to the process,improve the training system,establish and improve safety awareness,formulate relevant assessment standards and methods,and use scientific management methods to make comprehensive allocation of resources in the training room.Gradually improve the efficiency of training teaching and the professional quality of teachers and students,to achieve the purpose of improving the level of training teaching management.
