摘　　要：为解决铁路客车用袋式镉镍电池能量密度低、记忆效应和重金属污染等问题,研制富液式HKH120P型MH/Ni电池。以宽温域储氢合金粉为负极活性材料,在正负极板间增加高性能气体阻挡层,内部电解液浸没极板群,且与集中注液系统集成。该电池具有绿色环保、适用温域宽、充电匹配性好和便于维护等优点,已应用于铁路客车DC110 V辅助供电系统。In order to solve the problems of low energy density,memory effect and heavy metal pollution of Cd/Ni battery for railway passenger car,a flooded type HKH120 P type Ni-MH battery was developed.The wide temperature range hydrogen storage alloy powder was used as negative active material,the high-performance separator was added between positive and negative plates,internal electrolyte was immersed in plate group and integrated with the centralized liquid injection system.The battery showed the advantages of environmental protection,wide temperature range,good charging matching and easy maintenance.They had been applied in DC110 V auxiliary power supply system of railway passenger car.
