大力拓展普通高校继续教育培训的路径探索

摘　　要：积极地发展继续教育对我国建设人才资源强国有着重要的意义。目前,继续教育已经进入新时代,但是随着我国社会、经济、教育的发展,普通高校继续教育的发展面临着诸多的挑战,其改革和创新的力度不够。因此,大力拓展普通高校的继续教育培训工作,有助于构建我国终身教育体系,实现学习型社会的创建,还能够为我国的教育建设提供更多的支持,推动我国高等教育的进程。本文主要分析我国普通高校继续教育培训存在的挑战和机遇,进而探讨拓展我国普通高校继续教育培训的有效路径,以此来帮助我国普通高校继续教育培训工作的正常开展。The active development of continuing education is of great significance to China's entry into a country with strong human resources.At present,continuing education has entered a new era,but with the development of China's society,economy,and education,the development of continuing education in common colleges and universities is facing many challenges,and its reform and innovation are not strong enough.Therefore,vigorously expanding the continuing education and training of common colleges and universities will help build a lifelong education system in our country and realize the creation of a learning society.It will also provide more support for China's education construction and promote the process of China's higher education.This paper mainly analyzes the challenges and opportunities of continuing education and training in common colleges and universities in China,and then explores an effective way to expand the continuing education and training of common colleges and universities in China,in order to help the normal implementation of continuing education and training in common colleges and universities in China.
