摘 要:在英语专业国家标准的指导下,本文作者进行了一项实证调查研究,研究内容包括三个方面:第一,调查学生对人文课程的学习兴趣和动机;第二,作者认为有必要根据农业类高校的实际情况制定相应校标作为国标的补充;第三,提出农业类高校英语专业人文课程需要一个系统的学习框架。The National Standards of the Undergraduate Education of English Majors in China confirms the humanistic nature of English and suggests the arrangement of humanistic courses in the teaching syllabus of English majors.In this paper,the author carries out an empirical study among English majors in South China Agricultural University,and the purpose of the study includes three perspectives:firstly,the research aims to study the students'motivation towards the humanistic courses;secondly,though the Standards have offered a serious of standards for the teaching of English majors,it is important that agricultural universities should design local standards based on their own needs;thirdly,the Standards emphasize the value of humanistic courses and encourage the students to learn those courses for the purpose of developing their thinking abilities.The author believes it is necessary to develop a systematic framework of learning humanistic courses.
