试论十世班禅大师的藏传佛教治理思想

摘　　要：十世班禅大师的藏传佛教治理思想内涵丰富深刻,总结起来主要有:坚决拥护和贯彻中国共产党的宗教政策、积极支持宗教制度的民主改革、弘扬藏传佛教爱国爱教光荣传统、大力推进藏传佛教寺庙民主管理、加强藏传佛教寺庙管理、注重培养爱国爱教的高素质现代高僧等六个方面。并对其宗教治理思想进行了简要阐述。The tenth Panchen Lama’s Tibetan Buddhist management thought is rich.In this paper,the author has summarized and carried out the religious policy of the communist party of China,and briefly expounded on six aspects:such as to actively support religious system of democratic reform,to carry forward patriotic tradition of Tibetan Buddhism,to vigorously promote Tibetan monastic democratic management,to strengthen the management of monastery and to attach importance to the cultivation of high-quality modern monks of patriotism.
