过度瘦身对生殖功能的危害及左归丸的逆转效应

摘　　要：目的探讨瘦身不同时段对大鼠生殖功能的危害及左归丸逆转效应。方法选取80只符合实验标准的SD大鼠纳入实验,随机分为4周组和8周组,每组40只。4周组和8周组均分别分为空白组、模型组、恢复饮食组、恢复饮食+左归丸组,每组各10只。4周组除空白组外,余各组第1—4周给予左旋肉碱+半量饮食+过度运动造模,4周后处死空白组、模型组大鼠;恢复饮食组大鼠恢复饮食,恢复饮食+左归丸组大鼠恢复饮食+左归丸灌胃,8周后处死2组大鼠。8周组造模时间为8周,余实验方法同4周组。观察各组大鼠行为学、动情周期、体质量及血清性激素水平变化。结果与模型组比较,恢复饮食组、恢复饮食+左归丸组大鼠干预后体质量增加,反应灵敏,毛色光泽,且恢复饮食+左归丸组恢复明显,4周组较8周组恢复明显。4周组和8周组中,模型组大鼠动情周期紊乱,动情间期延长;4周组中恢复饮食+左归丸组大鼠动情周期正常率明显高于恢复饮食组(P<0.05),8周组中恢复饮食+左归丸组大鼠动情周期正常率与恢复饮食组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4周组和8周组中,模型组大鼠体质量均明显低于同组中空白组(P均<0.05),且8周组中模型组大鼠体质量明显低于4周组中模型组(P<0.05)。4周组中,恢复饮食组与恢复饮食+左归丸组大鼠体质量明显高于模型组(P均<0.05),且恢复饮食+左归丸组明显高于恢复饮食组(P<0.05);8周组中,恢复饮食组与恢复饮食+左归丸组大鼠体质量明显高于模型组(P均<0.05),但恢复饮食组与恢复饮食+左归丸组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4周组中恢复饮食组与恢复饮食+左归丸组大鼠体质量均明显高于8周组中恢复饮食组与恢复饮食+左归丸组(P均<0.05)。4周组和8周组中,模型组大鼠血清促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)水平均明显高于空白组(P均<0.05),雌二醇(E2)水平明显低于空白组(P均<0.05),且8�Objective It is to explore the harm of different duration of excessive slimming on reproductive function of rats and the reversal effect of Zuogui Pills.Methods Eighty SD rats meeting the experimental criteria were selected and included in the experiment.They were randomly divided into a 4-week group and an 8-week group,with 40 rats in each group.The 4-week group and the 8-week group were divided into a blank group,a model group,a diet-resuming group,and a diet-resuming+Zuogui Pill group(combination group),10 rats in each group.All the rats in the 4-week group except for the blank group were given L-carnitine+half diet+over exercise for modeling at week 1-4,and the rats in the blank group and model group were sacrificed after 4 weeks.The rats in the diet resuming group resumed the diet,the combination group rats was resumed the diet and given Zuogui Pill by gavage,and the rats in the two groups were sacrificed after 8 weeks.The modeling time of the 8-week group was 8 weeks,and the rest of the experimental methods were the same as the 4-week group.The changes of behavior,estrus cycle,body mass and serum sex hormone levels of rats in each group were observed.Results Compared with the model group,the rats in the diet-resuming group,combination group had increased body mass,high responsiveness,and glossy hair after intervention,and the recovery was more significant in the combination group and the 8-week group.In the 4-week group and 8-week group,the estrous cycle of the model group was disordered and the estrus interval was prolonged;the normal rate of estrous cycle in the combination group was significantly higher than that of the diet resuming group of 4 week group(P<0.05),and the normal rate of estrous cycle in the combination group was not significantly different from that in the diet resuming group of 8-week group(P>0.05).In the 4-week group and the 8-week group,the body weight of the model group was significantly lower than that of the blank group in the same group(all P<0.05),and the body weight of the model
