摘 要:针对人机界面评价过程中评价信息不确定、难于量化的问题,分析了人机界面评价的现状,提出了利用区间灰数描述不确定信息,将区间灰数与灰色理论相结合,在典型白化权函数的基础上,构造了灰区间白化权函数,确定了其计算原则及边界条件,建立了灰区间聚类评价模型,并将其应用于人机界面评价中。研究实例表明,该方法解决了主观评价指标的量化问题,保证了评价结果的可靠性,对于解决具有不确定信息的人机界面评价问题是合理的、有效的。In order to improve the problem of uncertain information and quantification in the process of human-machine interface evaluation,the present situation of human-machine interface evaluation was analyzed,interval grey number was proposed to describe uncertain information,interval grey number was integrated with grey theory,grey interval white weight function was constructed on base of representative white weight function.It′s computational principle and boundary condition were defined,the evaluation model of Grey interval clustering was established,the model was applied to human-machine interface evaluation.The evaluation example show that the method solves the quantification problem of subjective evaluation index and assures the reliability of evaluation results,the method is logical and valid in solving the evaluation problem of human-machine interface with uncertain information.
