摘  要:目的:应用T-ScanⅢ咬合分析系统研究安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]患者排齐整平前后咬合功能的变化。方法:选取14例安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]患者,均采用直丝弓非拔牙矫治。应用T-ScanⅢ咬合分析系统采集患者治疗前和排齐整平后的牙尖交错位、前伸咬合位及左、右侧方咬合位等不同[牙合]位的咬合时间、咬合力分布及咬合接触点等相关数据,分析排齐整平前后上述指标的变化。结果:排齐整平后咬合接触时间、前伸咬合分离时间及左、右侧方咬合分离时间均较治疗前减小;排齐整平后的[牙合]力百分比在牙尖交错位的切牙区减小,尖牙前磨牙区增加;排齐整平后的[牙合]接触点数目在牙尖交错位的切牙区减少,磨牙区增加,前伸咬合位的切牙区及左、右侧方咬合位的工作侧增加(P<0.05)。结论:T-ScanⅢ咬合分析系统能客观评估咬合功能;安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]患者存在早接触、[牙合]干扰等异常咬合,通过排齐整平能有效改善患者咬合功能,使咬合功能趋向平衡稳定。Aim:To investigate the changes of occlusal function before and after straightening of teeth in patients with ClassⅡdivision 2 malocclusion by T-ScanⅢocclusal analysis system.Methods:Fourteen patients with ClassⅡdivision 2 malocclusion were treated with straight wire orthodontic technique.T-ScanⅢocclusal analysis system was used to collect the occlusal time(OT),occlusal force distribution and occlusal contact points of different occlusal positions such as cusp dislocation position,anterior extension position and lateral orientation position before and after straightening of teeth.The changes of occlusion indexes before and after straightening of teeth were analyzed.Results:After alignment and leveling treatment,OT,and disclusion time(DT)of anterior extension and left and right lateral orientation were significantly decreased;the percentage of occlusal force decreased in the incisor area,and increased in the canine and premolar area of cusp dislocation position;the number of occlusal contact points decreased in the incisor area of cusp dislocation position,and increased in the molar area of cusp dislocation position,the incisor area of anterior extension position,and the working side of left and right lateral orientation position(P<0.05).Conclusions:T-ScanⅢocclusal analysis system could objectively evaluate the status of occlusion function;patients with ClassⅡdivision 2 malocclusion have abnormal occlusion such as early contact and occlusion interference,and alignment and leveling treatment could effectively improve functional occlusion situation and make the occlusion function tend to be balanced and stable.
