摘 要:急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)作为一种化学性炎症,发病率逐年升高。临床上以胆源性和酒精源性胰腺炎最为常见。但由于AP尚无明确的发病机制,其治疗存在一定局限性。近几十年来,学者们以多种动物模型研究并阐明了AP的可能发病机制,但死亡率仍居高不下,仍需要我们以动物模型不断研究。AP动物模型能模拟AP的演变过程,为研究AP的胰酶自身消化、炎性因子和氧化应激等学说提供理想的动物模型。本文就AP动物模型构建方法的相关进展进行了系统总结,为研究AP的发病机制和药物治疗提供理想的动物模型。Acute pancreatitis(AP),a kind of chemical inflammation,shows an increasing incidence.The two most common causes of AP are gallstone disease and alcohol.However,its treatment has many limitation because the pathogenesis of AP is not clear.Although many potential mechanisms of AP have been studied and elucidated in animal models in decades,the mortality rate of AP is still high.We have to explore the treatment of AP in animal models.The animal model of AP can simulate the evolution of AP,and provide an ideal animal model for studying the theories of digestion,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress of AP.In this paper,the advance for constructing animal model of AP was systematically summarized to provide a suitable and stable animal model for exploring the pathogenesis and drug therapy of AP.
