摘　　要：食管血管瘤是一种罕见的消化道良性肿瘤,尤其是高位,巨大者,其诊断、治疗难度大,术后恢复慢。但随着近年来内镜技术的快速发展,内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)在食管瘤的诊治中非常突出。在此,本文将1例经ESD术切除后病理确诊的食管血管瘤进行报道。Esophageal hemangioma is a rare benign tumor of the digestive tract,especially the high and huge one,which is difficult to diagnose and treat,and slow to recover after operation.With the rapid development of endoscopic technology in recent years,endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)is very prominent in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal tumors.Now,one case of esophageal hemangioma confirmed by pathology after ESD resection was reported.
