摘　　要：巨大胆总管囊肿临床上较罕见,典型临床表现为腹痛、腹部包块、黄疸。通过对1例巨大胆总管囊肿的病例分析,以望提高临床医师对该病诊治的认识。Giant choledochal cysts are rare in clinic.The typical clinical manifestations are abdominal pain,abdominal mass and jaundice.Through the analysis of one case of giant choledochal cyst,we hope to improve the clinician’s understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
