摘 要:为了探究饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)513N对雏鸡的生长性能、抗氧化功能及免疫能力的影响,将400只7日龄的大午金凤随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只鸡(第Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础日粮,第Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%的Bacillus subtilis 513N),于试验第35天分别测定各组鸡的生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化指标和酶活性能。结果表明,与第Ⅰ组相比,第Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组均能显著提高日增质量和末体质量,降低料质量比;与第Ⅰ组相比,第Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的脾脏指数和法氏囊指数均有提高,但差异不显著;与第Ⅰ组相比,第Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组显著提高了血液中白蛋白、球蛋白的含量,第Ⅳ组显著提高了血液中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量;与第Ⅰ组相比,第Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的脾脏和肝脏中总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶活性都有显著提高。由此可见,饲喂Bacillus subtilis 513N制剂能够提高雏鸡的生长性能和机体抗氧化能力,从而提高其免疫力。The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Bacillus subtilis(BS)513N on growth performance,antioxidant function and immune capacity in chicks.The 4007-day-old Dawujinfeng chicks were randomly divided into 4 experiment groups,each group had four repeat,every repeat included 25 chicks.GroupⅠas control just was fed based diet.The groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwere fed based diet and added 0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%Bacillus subtilis 513N,respectively.The growth performance,immune organ index,serum biochemical index and T-AOC,SOD,CAT enzyme activity were measured in the tested chicks after fed 35 d.The results showed that compared with groupⅠ,the chicks of groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣimproved the growth performance,reduced material quality ratio,compared with groupⅠ,although the spleen and bursa of fabricius index in groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwas not significant,but as the dose increased,the organ index increased.Compared with groupⅠ,the content of ALB and GLB in the blood of groupⅢand groupⅣwere significantly increased,the content of HDL cholesterol in the blood of groupⅣwas significantly increased.Compared with groupⅠ,T-AOC and SOD activity of groupⅢand groupⅣin the spleen and liver improved significantly.It is concluded that Bacillus subtilis 513N preparation can improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of chicks,thus improving immunity.
