摘  要:随着可穿戴和物联网技术在医疗和健康管理领域的应用,产生了大量的连续动态生理数据,而目前国内外在连续动态生理数据的采集、存储和交流利用上缺少有效的方法和模式。本文从实时和离线两个方面,探索了连续动态生理数据的采集-存储和交换利用方式:对于实时传输的连续生理信号,我们采用基于时序数据库In?uxDB的方式解决数据采集和存储问题,对于离线数据二次分析利用,我们采用基于HDF5文件格式解决多源异构数据整合与二次交换利用问题。该技术方案用于我院临床科室随行监护生理监护,有效解决了连续动态生理数据的采集-存储和交换利用问题。本研究为该类数据的采集和利用提供了一套有效的解决方案。With the application of wearable and IoT technologies in the fields of medical and healthcare,a large amount of continuous dynamic physiological data has been generated.At present,there is a lack of effective methods and models in the collection,storage and communication of continuous dynamic physiological data all over the world.In this paper,the collection storage and exchange utilization of continuous dynamic physiological data were explored from two aspects of real-time and off-line.For the continuous physiological signals transmitted in real time,the data acquisition and storage problems were solved based on the time series database In?uxDB.For of?ine data secondary analysis and utilization,the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data integration and secondary exchange and utilization was solved by using HDF5 file format.This technical solution is used in the accompanying physical monitoring of the clinical department of our hospital,which effectively solves the problem of continuous dynamic physiological data collection-storage and communication utilization.Moreover,this study provides an effective solution for the collection,storage,and exchange of this data.
