摘　　要：《经济法概论》课程属于经济、管理类本科专业的基础课和主干课,是学生系统学习有关经济法律知识的重要途径。传统的《经济法概论》课程教学存在诸多问题,可通过重构教学目标、采取混合教学模式提升教学效果,让学生真正掌握经济法知识,拓展能力,提升法律素养。The course "Introduction to Economic Law",belonging to the basic and main courses of economics and management majors for undergraduates is an important way for students to systematically study what economic law talks about. The traditional "Introduction to Economic Law" course has many problems.The teaching effect can be improved by reconstructing the teaching objectives and adopting the mode of blended-teaching and learning.Students can truly know and use the knowledge of economic law so that they can expand their abilities and improve their legal literacy.
