摘　　要：目的分析上海市社区护士情绪管理现状及其主要影响因素,为社区护士更好的进行情绪管理,提高工作满意度提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年5月30-31日参加国家继续教育项目的上海市16家社区161名护士进行情绪管理现状的问卷调查,通过多元线性回归分析护士情绪管理的影响因素。结果社区护士情绪管理的总体均分为2.91±0.25,其中情绪觉察维度均分(3.07±0.32)最高,情绪调整维度均分(2.80±0.41)最低。多元回归分析显示,接受情绪管理知识、工作中的自我感觉、与家人的关系是影响护士情绪管理的主要因素。结论社区护士情绪管理水平较低,社区管理者应充分重视社区护士的情绪管理,制定相关培训方案,针对情绪管理的相关影响因素给予健康指导。Objective To analyze the present situation and main influencing factors of emotional management of community nurses in Shanghai,provide basis for better carrying out the emotional management of community nurses and improving the job satisfaction. Methods Totally 161 nurses from 16 communities in Shanghai,who participated in the national continuing education project from May 30 to 31 in 2019,were recruited by convenience sampling method to conduct the questionnaire investigation on present situation of emotional management,and the influencing factors of nurses’ emotional management were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results The average score of emotional management of community nurses was 2.91 ±0.25,and the score of emotion awareness dimension(3.07±0.32) was the highest, and the score of emotion adjustment dimension(2.80±0.41) was the lowest. The multiple regression analysis showed that emotional management knowledge,self-feeling at work and family relationship were the main factors affecting nurses’ emotional management. Conclusion The emotional management level of community nurses is low,and community managers should pay more attention to it,develop emotional management training programs and provide guidance on the related factors of emotional management.
