摘 要:目的探讨血清IL-18及同型半胱氨酸与H型高血压合并急性脑梗死的关系。方法 325例研究对象中,H型高血压合并急性脑梗死患者136例,单纯性急性脑梗死非H型高血压患者98例,另外选择91例单纯性高血压患者作对照研究。比较H型高血压合并脑梗死疾病组与非H型高血压合并急性脑梗死组患者IL-18及同型半胱氨酸的变化水平。结果急性脑梗死组较单纯性高血压组IL-18[(477.67±9.452)比(426.26±13.916)pmol/mL]及同型半胱氨酸[(20.64±3.275)比(6.17±1.611)μmol/mL]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步研究发现,H型高血压合并急性脑梗死组与非H型高血压合并急性脑梗死组IL-18[(487.48±5.047)比(459.06±9.016)pmol/mL]及同型半胱氨酸[(21.07±1.369)比(7.37±1.033)μmol/mL]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-18及同型半胱氨酸在H型高血压合并急性脑梗死患者发病中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the relationship between IL-18 and homocystein levels in H-type hypertension patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 136 cases in H-type hypertension patients with acute cerebral infarction,98 cases with acute cerebral infarction,91 cases patients with simple hypertension as control group. IL-18 and homocysteine were compared between patients with H-type hypertension with cerebral infarction and non-H-type hypertension with acute cerebral infarction.Results IL-18 and Homocystein levels were significantly differences in acute cerebral infarction group than that of control group. IL-18 was higher(477.67±9.452) in patients with H-type hypertension with cerebral infarction than that(426.26±13.916) pmol/mL in patients with hypertension,and homocysteine was higher(20.64±3.275) in patients with H-type hypertension with cerebral infarction than that(6.17±1.611) μmol/mL in patients with hypertension(P<0.05). Further analysis in the acute cerebral infarction group with H-type Hypertension was also significantly different than that in the non-H-type hypertension group,IL-18 was higher(487.48±5.047) in patients with H-type hypertension with cerebral infarction than that(459.06±9.016)pmol/mL in non-H-type hypertension with acute cerebral infarction,and cysteine was higher(21.07±1.369) in patients with H-type hypertension with cerebral infarction higher than that than(7.37±1.033) μmol/mL in non-H-type hypertension with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-18 and homocystein may play an important role in the development of H-type hypertension in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
