晚期胃癌患者采用替吉奥联合伊立替康治疗的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的探究晚期胃癌患者采用替吉奥联合伊立替康治疗的近期疗效。方法选取100例晚期胃癌患者,分为研究组(50例)和对照组(50例),研究组采用替吉奥联合伊立替康的治疗方法,对照组采用奥沙利铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)/亚叶酸钙(FOLFOX4)的治疗方法。观察并记录2组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的近期疗效优于对照组患者(P<0.05),其中研究组完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)以及疾病稳定(SD)的例数高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组在干预前的SDS以及SAS得分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在干预后研究组患者的SDS以及SAS得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组血液中EGF、EGFR的阳性率要明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合伊立替康的治疗方法在临床上的治疗效果明显,并且该种治疗方法在临床上出现的不良反应少,安全性较高,能够促进患者恢复,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of Tegafur combined with Irinotecan in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 100 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to random number table:control group and research group. The control group was treated with oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)/calcium folinate(FOLFOX4),while the research group was treated with Tegafur combined with Irinotecan. The Therapeutic effect of two groups were observed and recorded.Results The short-term efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The number of CR,PR and SD in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the study group before intervention and the treatment method of oxaliplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)/calcium folinate(FOLFOX4) were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the positive rates of EGF and EGFR in the blood of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tegafur combined with Irinotecan is effective in clinical treatment,and it has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety. It can promote the recovery of patients in clinic and worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
