摘  要:目的了解模拟患者(SP)参与医学教育的真实感受,分析存在的问题,为提高SP在临床教学中的应用效果提供科学依据。方法采用质性研究的扎根于理论研究的方法,通过面对面、半结构式深度访谈的方式访谈了7名模拟患者,访谈资料按质的归纳性持续比较法分析。结果提炼出3个主题:SP的选择;SP的感悟;SP的期望。SP的选择包括"出于兴趣和好奇的抉择"一个副主题;SP的感悟包括"高尚的职业价值体现""自豪感与成就感""专业性与责任感""满足感与幸福感"四个副主题;SP的期望又包括"自我提升意识""情感与经济支持""宣传与推广"三个副主题。结论对医学教育的热爱是选择SP的基础,自我价值实现是SP的动力,应关注SP的心理,加强宣传与推广,促进SP的专业化、规范化发展。Objective To understand the real feelings of simulated patients(SP) involved in medical education,and to analyze the problems and to provide a scientific basis for application in clinical teaching.Methods Seven simulated patients were interviewed by face-to-face and semi-structured in-depth interview. The interview data were analyzed by inductive continuous comparative analysis.Results Selection,perception and expectation of simulated patients as three themes were extracted. SP choices include a sub-theme of "choice out of interest and curiosity";the perceptions of SP include four sub-themes:noble vocational value,pride and achievement,professionalism and responsibility,and satisfaction and happiness. SP’s expectations also include three sub-themes:self-promotion awareness,emotional and financial support,and publicity and promotion.Conclusion The love of medical education is the basis of choosing SP,and the realization of self-value is the power of SP. Therefore,attention should be paid to the psychology of SP,and publicity and promotion should be strengthened to promote the professional and standardized development of SP.
