摘  要:工程机械产品的展开式支腿是确保车辆工作稳定与安全的关键部件,准确计算其可能出现的最大受力值,具有非常重要的意义。因各支腿受力的大小受地面支撑状况及臂架或上车旋转角度影响,使得传统方法计算十分困难。以某型高空作业车为例,提出利用ADAMS仿真计算方法,分析各支腿的最大受力值。Expanding type outriggers of construction equipment products are a key component to ensure the machine’s stable operation and safety. Therefore, precise computation of its maximum stress which is possibly to occur during the operation is of very important significance. However, it is very hard to count out the stress with a traditional way which would be affected by the size of surface bearing conditions and the boom frames or the upper structures slewing angle. A way out has to take an overhead platform truck for instance to carry out a simulate calculation with ADAMS, so as to analyze the max stress at every stabilizer thereof.
