摘 要:通过研究装载机结构特点和工作过程,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对装载机后车架典型工况进行强度分析,在此基础上对后车架的结构进行合理布置,实现轻量化设计。同样用ANSYS Workbench对轻量化后的后车架进行有限元分析,确保其在减重降本基础上能够满足所需强度要求。所得分析结果对装载机后车架结构轻量化设计具有一定的参考价值。A lightweight design is realized for rear axle frame of the loader, which is done through a study on the structural features and on the operational procedure. Besides, it is based on an ANSYS Workbench to analyze strength of the axle under typical working conditions, on which basis to logically and structurally arrange the axle frame before realizing lighter design of the frame. The ANSYS Workbench is used also to finite elements analyze the frame after the lightening, so as to ensure strength requirements for the axle after such a mass reduction. Results after the analyses would be certainly valuable as a reference for such a design to come.
