基于破产模型的高等教育资源Shapley值分配研究——以高考招生计划分配为例

摘　　要：招生计划分配是实现高等教育资源合理分配的重要手段,招生政策、高校需求和主观因素等的复杂性加大了招生计划分配的难度。为实现招生计划分配的有效性和合理性,提出省属高校高考招生计划分配的破产模型及Shapley值分配算法,进一步论证招生计划分配的破产博弈是凸合作博弈,因此分配解是稳定且符合个体理性,进而讨论分配解的存在性、唯一性、有效性、匿名性、个体理性等性质对招生计划分配的现实意义。通过实例分析验证了招生计划分配的破产模型具有良好的可操作性和合理性,分配结果不仅能有效避免主观因素影响,且符合实际分配规律,体现招生计划分配的公平性和科学性。The enrollment plan allocation is an important means to realize the rational allocation of higher education resources.Due to the complexity of enrollment policy,different needs of college and other subjective factors,enrollment plan is difficult to be allocated.To improve the validity and rationality of enrollment plan allocation,this paper constructs the bankruptcy game model of provincial college enrollment plan allocation.Moreover,the Shapley value distribution rule is studied.It further demonstrates that the bankruptcy game of enrollment plan distribution is a convex cooperative game,so the distribution solution is stable and conforms to individual rationality,based on which the practical significance of the existence,uniqueness,efficiency,anonymity and individual rationality inenrollment plandistribution is further discussed.Through case analysis,this model is verified to be operable and rational,and the influence of subjective factors are effectively avoided in distribution results,which conforms to the actual distribution law,reflecting the fairness and scientificity of the enrollment plan distribution.
