摘　　要：从思想引导和建立督促机制出发,明确中职学生体能训练的原则,探讨中职学生体能训练教学的策略,并对中职学生体能训练教学进行反思,旨在切实培养学生良好的体能,为学生健康快乐学习和毕业顺利就业及胜任工作岗位提供支持。Based on the ideological guidance and the establishment of supervision mechanism,this paper clarifies the principles of physical training of secondary vocational school students,discusses the strategies of physical training teaching of secondary vocational school students,and reflects on the physical training teaching of secondary vocational school students,in order to effectively cultivate students'good physical ability,and provide support for students'healthy and happy learning,graduates'successful employment and competent work positions.
