摘　　要：在XM200表面形貌测量仪的软件基础上开发了专用的轴承滚子参数的测量功能,从测量方法、曲线找点、数据处理等多方面进行了详细阐述,对测量滚子素线的凸度、对称性、对数曲线方程以及滚子端面的球基面半径给出了具体的评价方法。试验运行表明该功能模块能够满足用户要求。The measuring function for parameters of bearing rollers is developed based on software of XM200 surface topography measuring instrument.The measuring method,finding point of curve,data processing are described in detail.The specific evaluation methods are given for measurement of crown,symmetry,logarithmic curve equation of roller generatrix and radius of spherical base surface of roller end face.The test and operation shows that the function module meets user′s requirements.
