摘 要:高职创新创业人才的特征主要表现在其具有的创新精神、创业能力和创业品格等创新素质上,而这些素质与人文素质教育密切相关。创新创业教育主要是从教育的直接有用性出发,短期内创新创业行为的出现标志着创新创业教育的有效和成功;而人文素质教育是一种养成教育,是长期的人文熏陶对人的品格和气质的影响。高职人文素质教育和创新创业教育都是素质教育的重要内容,两者在高职人才培养目标上有着高度的方向一致性,在高职人才素质结构上具有紧密关联性。重新思考和探究高职人文素质教育和创新创业教育的融合发展问题,可以促进高职人才培养质量的整体提升。The characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational education are mainly reflected in their innovative qualities,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial character,and these qualities are mostly the content of humanistic quality education.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is mainly based on the direct usefulness of education.The emergence of innovation and entrepreneurship in the short term marks the effectiveness and success of innovation and entrepreneurship education,while humanistic quality education is a form of education and a long-term humanistic influence on human character.Both humane quality education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education are important contents of higher education quality education.Both of them have a high degree of consistency in the training goals of higher vocational talents and are closely related in the quality structure of higher vocational talents.Rethinking and exploring the integration and development of humanistic quality education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education can promote the overall improvement of the quality of higher vocational talent training.
