摘  要:不断提升城镇社区农民工综合素质和高端技能,是以实现"人的城镇化"为核心的新型城镇化发展的必然要求。面对新型城镇化发展和地区产业升级对人才的需求,城镇社区农民工自身素质依然难以适应。高等职业教育是满足城镇社区农民工综合素质和技能培训重要的教育资源,将城镇社区农民工教育纳入终身教育体系,通过构建社区合作治理体系和机制,明确高职院校在城镇社区农民工教育培训中的功能及角色定位,不仅可以促进高职院校加强与社区和企业的协调发展,提升自身服务社会的能力,更加有利于为城镇社区农民工提供有效的教育培训服务。To constantly improve the comprehensive quality and high-end skills of migrant workers in urban communities is an inevitable requirement of the new urbanization development with "human urbanization" as the core. Faced with the development of new urbanization and the demand for talents from regional industrial upgrading, the quality of migrant workers in urban communities is still difficult to adapt. Higher vocational education is the important education resource to meet the comprehensive quality and skill training of migrant workers in urban communities. The education of migrant workers in urban communities is included in the lifelong education system. Through building community cooperation governance system and mechanism, and clearing the function and role of higher vocational colleges in the education and training of migrant workers in urban communities is not only conductive to promote the coordinated development of higher vocational colleges, communities and enterprises, and improve their ability to serve the society, but also conductive to provide effective education and training services for the migrant workers in urban communities.
