摘 要:目的:测量下颌骨间宽等7项颅骨指标计算出面部指数,进而探讨面型及面部形态。方法:测量135例颅骨与面部指数相关的7项指标,按《人体测量方法》计算出面指数、面型出现率。结果:特阔面型(2.22%)、阔面型(17.04%)、中面型(38.52%)、狭面型(31.11%)、特狭面型(11.11%);特阔上面型(0)、阔上面型(8.89%)、中上面型(54.81%)、狭上面型(29.63%)、特狭上面型(6.67%)。全面指数与上面指数、上面指数和颧额指数Ⅱ、颧额指数Ⅰ与颧额指数Ⅱ高度相关(相关系数分别为0.788、0.700、0.651)。结论:面型特点以中、狭面型为特征,上面型特点中上面型为特征。为头面部整形提供部分参考数据。Objective:The facial indexes were calculated by measuring seven skull indexes such as the width of mandible etc,and then analyzing facial morphology.Method:Measuring 7 indexes mentioned above in 135 samples,and calculating the occurrence of facial indexes and morphology.Result:Hypereuryprosopy type(2.22%),euryprosopy type(17.04%),mesoprosopy type(38.52%),leptoprosopy type(31.11%),hyperleptoprosopy(11.11%),hypereuryeny(0),euryeny type(8.89%),meseny(54.81%),lepteny(29.63%),hyperlepten(6.67%).High correlation were found in total facial index and upper facial index,upper facial index and jugofrontal-index II,ugofrontal-index I and ugofrontal-inde II.(Correlative coefficients were 0.788,0.700,0.651 respectively).Conclusion:The facial morphology Sino men is characterized by medium and narrow shape,the upper facial component is characterized by upper type.The research provided reference for designing of cranialfacial surgery.
