摘　　要：跨企业培训中心视角下统筹开展思想政治教育,有助于解决双元制教育中思想政治教育弱化的问题,防止现代学徒培养过程中思想政治教育出现断层。思想政治教育队伍对于学徒在跨企业培训中心培训期间的思想政治教育如何开展尚处于起步阶段,导致学徒思想政治教育存在不少亟待解决的问题。积极探索跨企业培训中心视角下统筹开展思想政治教育的对策,是摆在高职院校面前的重要课题。The overall development of ideological and political education from the perspective of a cross-enterprise training center is helpful to solve the problem of weakening of ideological and political education in dual-system education,and to prevent the ideological and political education from being broken in the process of training modern apprentices.The ideological and political education team is still in the initial stage on how to implement the ideological and political education of the apprentices of the cross-enterprise training center,which leads to many problems.It is an important issue to higher vocational colleges to explore countermeasures to coordinate the development of ideological and political education from the perspective of cross-enterprise training centers.
