浅析我国城乡体育一体化发展的价值维度

摘　　要：城乡体育一体化遵循的是以人为本的发展理念,强调个人的全面发展,是实现社会公平正义、公民权益提升和体质提升的重要组成部分。城乡体育一体化要遵循循序渐进的规律,依托立体化的覆盖城乡范围的体育公共财政机制,逐步实现对城乡范围内一体化的体育行政管理,从而推动城乡体育一体化政策的制订和实施,进一步完善城乡公共体育资源的优化配置,最终实现城乡体育一体化的内在价值。The integration of urban and rural sports integration follows the people-oriented development concept,emphasizes comprehensive development of the individual and it is an important part of achieving social equality and justice,and the improvement of citizens'rights and physical quality.The integration of urban and rural sports should follow the rules in the gradual development,rely on the three-dimensional sports public financial mechanism with urban and rural coverage and gradually achieve the sports administration of the integration of urban and rural areas,so as to promote formulation and implementation of urban and rural sports integration policies,improve optimization configuration of urban and rural public sports resources to achieve the intrinsic value of urban and rural sports integration.
