摘 要:研究智慧供应链技术应用机制能帮助供应链企业应用合适的技术战略,提高供应链运行效率。文章首先给出智慧供应链创新和技术应用机制的内涵,随后探讨影响智慧供应链技术采纳的驱动因素,最后构建基于智慧供应链创新的TAM模型,提出领先、追踪和支持三种技术战略,并给出智慧供应链技术应用战略选择框架,为企业实践提供依据。Research on the technology application mechanism of smart supply chain will help enterprises to adopt appropriate technology application strategy and improve the efficiency of supply chain operations.This paper first gives the connotation of smart supply chain innovation and technology application mechanism,then discusses the driving factors of technology application in smart supply chain,finally constructs the technology adoption model of smart supply chain innovation,puts forward three kinds of technology strategies:leading,tracking and supporting,and gives the selection framework of technology application strategy in smart supply chain to provide a basis for business practice.
