摘  要:目的:分析核磁共振弥散加权成像在肺部肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年11月至2019年11月两年期间我院收治的肺部肿瘤患者作为研究对象,人数有68名。其中有恶性肿瘤60例,其中腺癌21例、鳞癌17例、大细胞癌22例。对这68名肺部肿瘤患者进行核磁共振弥散加权成像检查,之后再对患者进行病理检查和癌胚抗原检查,比较弥散加权成像检查与癌胚抗原检查的诊断率。结果:经弥散加权成像检查后恶性肿瘤为56例,腺癌19例、鳞癌14例、大细胞癌19例,而经癌胚抗原检查出的恶性肿瘤为40例,腺癌10例、鳞癌8例、大细胞癌12例。弥散加权成像检查的检出率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对肺部肿瘤进行诊断的过程中运用核磁共振弥散加权成像诊断有着很好的恶性肿瘤检出率,对患者肺癌的确诊有着较好的依据,临床检测应用价值高。Objective To analyze the value of DWI in the diagnosis of lung tumor.Methods From November 2017 to November 2019,68 lung cancer patients were selected as the subjects.Among them,there were 60 malignant tumors,including 21 adenocarcinoma,17 squamous cell carcinoma and 22 large cell carcinoma.MR diffusion-weighted imaging was performed on these 68 lung cancer patients,and then pathological examination and carcinoembryonic antigen examination were performed to compare the diagnostic rate of diffusion-weighted imaging and carcinoembryonic antigen examination.Results After DWI,there were 56 cases of malignant tumor,19 cases of adenocarcinoma,14 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,19 cases of large cell carcinoma,40 cases of carcinoembryonic antigen,10 cases of adenocarcinoma,8 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 12 cases of large cell carcinoma.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of diagnosis of lung tumor,diffusion-weighted MRI has a good detection rate of malignant tumor,a good basis for the diagnosis of lung cancer,and a high value of clinical detection.
