摘　　要：该文通过研究该院血液科的护理风险因素分析特点,进一步研究风险因素对患者可能造成的危害,并针对患者的实际情况解决问题,根据该院患者输血护理风险制定相应的管理水平。该研究通过护理差错等原因来优化管理措施,落实管理制度,医护人员做好患者和家属心理情绪的护理工作,护理人员规范为患者输血的技术操作,不断加强对护理薄弱环节的管理,使输血等不良事件的发生率降到最低。This article studies the characteristics of nursing risk factors analysis in the Department of Hematology of the hospital,further studies the possible harm to patients with risk factors,solves the problems according to the actual situation of patients,and formulates the corresponding management level according to the risk of blood transfusion care in the hospital.The research method of this article is to optimize management measures and implement management systems through nursing errors and other reasons.Medical and nursing staff do a good job of psychologically and emotionally nursing patients and their families.Nursing staff regulates the technical operation of blood transfusion for patients.Minimize the incidence of adverse events such as blood transfusions.
