摘  要:目的通过开展“品管圈”活动,缩短临床医用气体故障报修平均处理时间。方法成立“GAS圈”,按照“主题选定”“现状调查”“原因解析”“目标设定”“对策拟定及实施”“效果确认”“讨论与改进”等步骤进行品管圈活动,缩短临床医用气体故障报修平均处理时间。结果供氧吸引中心平均故障处理时间由43.41 min降至21.83 min,有效保障了临床科室工作的正常开展,提高患者满意度。结论“品管圈”方法是提高后勤服务质量的有效手法,可以在提升医院后勤各项品质管理方法中进行推广运用。Objective To shorten the average processing time of clinical medical gas failure repairs by carrying out"Quality Control Circle"activities.Methods Establish a"GAS circle",and follow the steps of"theme selection""status survey""cause analysis""target setting""measure formulation and implementation""effect confirmation""discussion and improvement",conduct quality control circle activities to shorten the average processing time for clinical medical gas failure reporting.Results The average failure processing time of the oxygen supply attraction center was reduced from 43.41 min to 21.83 min,which effectively guaranteed the normal development of clinical department work and improved patient satisfaction.Conclusion The"quality control circle"method is an effective way to improve the quality of logistics services,and it can be promoted and applied in improving the quality management methods of hospital logistics.
