穴位敷贴联合心理辅助干预治疗妊娠剧吐的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴联合心理辅助干预治疗妊娠剧吐(HG)的临床效果。方法100例HG孕妇随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷联合心理辅助干预进行治疗。观察2组HG改善情况,比较2组治疗后尿酮体转阴时间、止吐时间、住院时间,记录2组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组HG改善总有效率为92.00%(46/50),高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组尿酮体转阴时间、止吐时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后,2组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位敷贴联合心理辅助干预能有效改善HG孕妇呕吐症状,缓解不良情绪,促进孕妇康复。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with psychological intervention on hyperemesis gravidarum(HG).Methods Totally 100 pregnant women with HG were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.A comprehensive treatment and routine care were used in both of two groups,and patients in the observation group were given acupoint application combined with psychological intervention,The response rate of HG relief,time to correct ketonuria,time to stop vomiting were compared between two groups.The emotional status of pregnant women was evaluated with Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results The total response rate of HG relief was 92.00%(46/50)in the observation group and 76.00%(38/50)in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had a shorter time to correct ketonuria,time to stop vomiting and length of hospital stay compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of SAS and SDS were decreased in both of two groups after intervention,and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The acupoint application combined with psychological intervention can effectively relief the HG-related symptoms and negative emotions of pregnant women.
