摘 要:目的探讨运用个案管理师为主导的多学科协作(MDT)模式改善结直肠癌新辅助化疗患者营养状况的效果。方法选取2019年7月—8月接受新辅助化疗的结直肠癌患者31例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组16例实施常规营养管理,研究组15例在常规营养管理的基础上,实施以个案管理师为主导的MDT营养管理模式。监测患者新辅助化疗期间营养相关指标变化情况。结果新辅助化疗期间,研究组患者体质量指数(BMI)、总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白等营养指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以个案管理师为主导的MDT营养管理模式能进一步改善结直肠癌患者新辅助化疗期间的营养状况。Objective To investigate the effect of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)based on case management in nutritional care of patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods Totally 31 patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the study group(n=16)and the control group(n=15).All patients received routine nutritional care during the period of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and those in the study group were managed by a MDT based on case-management.The changes in nutritional indexes during the period of neoadjuvant chemotherapy were observed.Results Patients in the study group were observed with a higher level of nutritional indexes,including BMI,total protein,albumin and prealbumin,compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional care interventions provided by MDT based on case-management is effective to improve the nutritional status of patients during the period of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.
