摘　　要：创新创业活动对学生的成长和成才具有积极意义。然而在创新创业活动开展过程中存在一定的风险和危机,文章从创新创业活动开展的必要性、创新创业活动可能出现的风险及针对风险的对策几方面进行了阐述,希望为创新创业活动的开展提供更多的助力。Innovation and entrepreneurship activities have positive significance for the growth and development of students.However,there are some risks and crises in the process of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship activities.This paper expounds the necessity of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship activities,the possible risks of innovation and entrepreneurship activities and the countermeasures against risks,hoping to provide more help for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship activities。
