赣州市某医学院校在校医学生偏头痛症状现况及影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医学生偏头痛现况及影响因素。方法采用自编问卷对1,394名医学生进行调查。结果42.75%的医学生过去一年曾有偏头痛。城镇生源医学生偏头痛检出率高于农村生源医学生(χ^2=4.745,P=0.029),差异具有统计学意义;不同性别、年级医学生偏头痛检出率差异不具有统计学意义。医学生偏头痛受生源地、睡眠不规律、经常失眠、性格敏感多疑4个因素影响。结论医学生偏头痛较为严重且受多方面因素影响。改善医学生偏头痛应从校园文化氛围着手,建立良好的校园学业文化,树立健康的睡眠观念,达到维护心理健康的目的。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of migraine in medical students.Methods Totally 1,394 medical students were selected and assessed with self-designed questionnaire.Results There were 42.75%medical students with migraine in the last year;the detection rate of migraine in the urban medical students had significantly higher migraine than that in the rural medical students(χ^2=4.745,P=0.029),and there was no significant difference in the migraine between different genders and grades.The factors for migraine of medical students included source place,irregular sleep,often insomnia,sensitiveness and doubt of character.Conclusion There exits serious migraine in some medical students,and migraine is affected by many factors.To change the migraine among medical students,from the campus cultural atmosphere,a healthy campus studies culture should be built to set up a healthy sleep concept,and achieve the purpose of maintaining mental health.
