氟化氨银和氟化钠涂料对乳牙龋治疗效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨氟化氨银和氟化钠涂料对乳牙龋的治疗效果。方法方便选取2016年6月-2018年3月该院收诊的102例乳牙龋患者,等距抽样法分为观察组51例(氟化钠涂料联合氟化氨银)与对照组51例(涂布安慰剂),比较两组乳牙龋患者的治疗有效率、平均静止龋牙面数、平均龋失补牙面数、治疗满意率指标。结果治疗结束,观察组治疗有效率(98.04%)、平均静止龋牙面数(4.59±0.37)、治疗满意度(96.08%)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均龋失补牙面数(4.53±0.42)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟化钠涂料联合氟化氨银方法可有效提高乳牙龋患者临床疗效与预后质量,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of silver fluoride and sodium fluoride coatings on deciduous teeth.Methods From June 2016 to March 2018,102 patients with deciduous teeth caries were selected from our hospital.The isometric sampling method was divided into observation group 51 cases(sodium fluoride coating combined with silver ammonia fluoride)and control group 51 cases(coated Cloth placebo),compared the treatment efficiency,the average number of dental caries,the average number of dental caries,and the satisfaction rate of the two groups.Results At the end of treatment,the effective rate(98.04%),the average number of surface of stationary caries(4.59±0.37)and the treatment satisfaction(96.08%)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mean tooth surface number(4.53±0.42)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium fluoride coating combined with silver fluoride method can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis quality of deciduous gingival patients,which is worthy of popularization.
