摘　　要：本文对SMT工艺流程中存在的技术问题进行简要分析,了解智能制造技术的发展历程,提出在现有MES制造企业生产过程执行系统基础上建立SMT产品智能制造系统的设计构想,并探讨其实现需要解决的关键技术,该思路的提出是目前SMT制造工艺过程改进的重要手段和方向。This paper briefly analyzes the technical problems in SMT process,understands the development process of intelligent manufacturing technology,and proposes to build SMT based on the existing MES manufacturing enterprise production process execution system The design concept of product intelligent manufacturing system and the key technologies to be solved are discussed.The idea is an important means and direction of SMT manufacturing process improvement.
