针灸中药加康复治疗并用在中风后遗症中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析和研究在中风后遗症的临床治疗中针灸中药加康复治疗并用的效果。方法选择该院接收和诊治的中风后遗症患者共计120例,作为该次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段在2016年1月—2018年6月,按照随机法将其划分为康复治疗组和针灸中药加康复治疗组,康复治疗组60例,针灸中药加康复治疗组60例。采用康复疗法对康复治疗组予以治疗,在康复治疗组的基础上,加用针灸和中药汤剂对针灸中药加康复治疗组予以治疗。完成治疗后,分析和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果康复治疗组总有效率为80.0%,针灸中药加康复治疗组总有效率为93.3%。在总有效率这一指标上,针灸中药加康复治疗组高于康复治疗组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.427,P<0.05)。康复治疗组治疗前的神经缺损功能评分和FMA评分为(25.4±7.9)分和(13.1±4.2)分,治疗后的神经功能缺损评分和FMA评分为(14.2±3.1)分和(20.7±7.1)分,针灸中药加康复治疗组治疗前的神经功能缺损评分和FMA评分为(25.6±7.3)分和(12.9±4.5)分,治疗后的神经功能缺损评分和FMA评分为(6.8±3.4)分和(26.8±6.6)分。在上述指标方面,两组患者治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后,针灸中药加康复治疗组明显优于康复治疗组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.841、3.428,P<0.05)。结论采用针灸中药加康复治疗中风后遗症患者具有很好的疗效,可以有效改善患者的神经功能。Objective To analyze and study the effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine plus rehabilitation in the clinical treatment of stroke sequelae.Methods A total of 120 patients with stroke sequelae admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The time period was from January 2016 to June 2018.They were classified into rehabilitation treatment group and acupuncture Chinese medicine according to random method.In the rehabilitation group,60 patients in the rehabilitation group and 60 patients in the acupuncture Chinese medicine plus rehabilitation group.The rehabilitation treatment group was treated with rehabilitation therapy.On the basis of the rehabilitation treatment group,acupuncture and Chinese medicine decoction were added to treat the acupuncture Chinese medicine plus rehabilitation group.After completion of the treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the rehabilitation group was 80.0%,and the total effective rate of the acupuncture Chinese medicine plus rehabilitation group was 93.3%.In the total effective rate index,the acupuncture Chinese medicine plus rehabilitation group was statistically significant higher than the rehabilitation group(χ2=13.427,P<0.05).The neurological deficit function score and FMA score before treatment in the rehabilitation group were(25.4±7.9)points and(13.1±4.2)points,and the neurological deficit score and FMA score after treatment were(14.2±3.1)and(20.7±7.1)points,acupuncture.The neurological deficit score and FMA score before treatment in the Chinese medicine plus rehabilitation group were(25.6±7.3)points and(12.9±4.5)points,and the neurological deficit score and FMA score after treatment were(6.8±3.4)points and(26.8±6.6)points.In terms of the above indicators,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant.After treatment,acupuncture Chinese medicine plus rehabilitation group was signif
