摘 要:目的通过建立上唇软组织三维有限元模型,为研究唇裂术后上唇压力对上颌骨的影响提供基础。方法利用ansys软件在原腭裂上颌骨三维有限元模型上,遵循上唇软组织解剖特点,进行布尔操作完成上唇组织几何模型的构建,赋予组织材料属性,建立适合生物力学分析的上唇软组织三维有限元模型。结果通过有限元技术,借助ansys软件建立了一个能反应上唇软组织生物力学性能的有限元模型,该模型形态逼真,可用于力学分析与研究。结论本研究为构建上唇软组织有限元模型提供了一个切实可行的方法,同时为进一步研究唇裂术后上唇压力对上颌骨的影响提供了模型基础。Objective To provide a basis for studying the influence of upper lip pressure on the maxilla after cleft lip surgery by establishing a soft tissue three-dimensional(3D) finite element model of upper lip. Methods Based on the original finite element model of maxilla with cleft palate,a geometric model of upper lip was built by performing a Boolean operation first,then to assign material properties.The 3D finite element model of upper lip which was suitable for biomechanical analysis was established by ANSYS software,following the anatomical features of upper lip. Results Through finite element technology, a finite element model which could reflect the biomechanical properties of upper lip was established by ANSYS software. The model was realistic and could be used for mechanical analysis and research. Conclusion The study provides a practical method for establishing the soft tissue finite element model of upper lip, and a model basis for further studying the influence of upper lip pressure on the maxilla after cleft lip surgery.
