上海三甲医院临退休护理人员的心理状态与压力来源的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三甲医院临退休护士的心理健康状态和心理承受压力来源。方法选取上海市3家大型三甲医院210例临退休护士,采用国内的广泛应用的反应心理健康状态的症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)和《护士工作压力源量表》,统计SCL-90躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执及精神病性等因子的得分及总分,并常模比较,并分析临退休护理人员的压力来源。结果 183名临退休护士的SCL-90各项指标均分均高于常模,躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖及精神病性等因子及总分与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);三甲医院临退休护理人员压力来源得分最高的为学术压力大。结论临退休护理人员的心理健康状态存在问题,压力处于中高度压力水平。Objective To explore the mental health status and psychological stress of the pre-retired nurses in the third grade hospital.Methods A total of 210 pre-retired nurses from 3 large-scale top three hospitals in Shanghai were selected,adopted the widely used symptom check list 90 (SCL-90) and "Nursing Work Stress Source Scale",statistics on SCL-90 scores of somatization,coercion,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis and the total score compared to the norm population,and analyzed the sources of stress of the pre-retired nursing staff.Results Every level of the SCL-90 score that the pre-retired nurses had were all higher than the norm.The factors such as somatization,coercion,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror and psychosis were statistically significant (P<0.01),the highest pressure of the source on the pre-retired nursing staff in the third grade hospitals was academic pressure.Conclusion There were some problems in the mental health status of the pre-retired nurses,and the pressure was in the middle and high level.
