摘 要:当前国内高校公共艺术教育管理体系和制度体系已逐步健全,“一基多翼”的公共艺术课程体系也初步建立,常态化的创新机制与评价机制正在逐步完善,公共艺术教育教学的软、硬件条件显著改善。然而,高校公共艺术教育仍存在教育实用倾向导致公共艺术教育边缘化,价值取向错位误导公共艺术教育的课程设置,师资建设不到位影响公共艺术教育效果,教学模式陈旧影响公共艺术教育教学的实施等问题。构建科学的公共艺术教育体系,优化高校公共艺术教育的课程设置,优化师资队伍、引入有效的激励与评价机制,教学模式的多样化、科学化推动公共艺术教育的实施,是新时代高校公共艺术教育可持续发展的路径。At present,the management system and institutional system of public art education in universities in China have been gradually improved,the“one foundation with many wings”public art curriculum system has been initially established,the normalized innovation mechanism and evaluation mechanism are gradually perfected,and the software and hardware conditions of public art education and teaching have been significantly improved.However,there are still some problems in public art education in universities,such as the practical tendency of education leading to the marginalization of public art education,the misplaced value orientation misleading the curriculum of public art education,the inadequate construction of teachers affecting the effect of public art education,and the software and hardware conditions of public art education remaining to be significantly improved.To construct a scientific public art education system,it is the path to the sustainable development of public art education in universities in the new era to optimize the curriculum of public art education in universities and the teaching staff,to introduce an effective incentive and evaluation mechanism,and to promote the implementation of public art education through the diversification and scientificalization of teaching modes.
