摘　　要：学校体育教育是终身体育教育的基础,终身体育教育也是学校体育教育改革的必然选择。学校体育教育要实施终身体育教育,就要更新思想观念,提高终身体育认识;重视体育理论教育,建立终身体育情感;调整体育专业教育,完善终身体育课程体系;优化体育教学内容,培养终身体育能力;精编体育校本教材,体现终身体育思想。Physical education in school is the foundation of lifelong physical education which is also the inevitable choice of physical education reform in school.To implement the life-long physical education in school,we should renew the ideas and concepts,improve the awareness of life-long physical education,place emphasis on the education of physical education theory,establish the emotion of life-long physical education,adjust the professional physical education,improve the curriculum system of life-long physical education,optimize the contents of physical education,cultivate the ability of life-long physical education,carefully compile the school-based textbooks of physical education and reflect the ideas of life-long physical education.
