摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症患者血清维生素B6、降钙素原表达与抑郁程度的相关性.方法将168例抑郁症患者设为实验组,同期进行健康体检的213名健康志愿者设对照组;采用流调中心抑郁量表评估实验组抑郁程度,检测实验组及对照组血清维生素B6、降钙素原水平并进行对比分析,对实验组血清维生素B6、血清降钙素原、流调中心抑郁量表评分进行相关分析.结果实验组血清维生素B6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),血清降钙素原水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组血清维生素B6表达与血清降钙素原表达、流调中心抑郁量表评分均呈显著负相关(r=-0.667、-0.386,P<0.01),血清降钙素原表达与流调中心抑郁量表评分呈显著正相关(r=0.251,P<0.01).结论抑郁症患者血清维生素B6表达偏低,并与抑郁程度呈显著负相关;血清降钙素原表达偏高,并与抑郁程度呈显著正相关.Objective To analyze the expressions of serum vitamin B6 and procalcitonin levels in patients with depression and their correlation with depression.Methods 168 patients with depression were set as the experimental group,and 213 healthy volunteers who underwent a physical examination during the same period were set as the control group.The depression degree of patients in the experimental group was assessed by the CES-D.Serum vitamin B6 and procalcitonin level of experimental group and control group was measured.The correlation between serum vitamin B6 and procalcitonin,as well as CES-D score was analyzed in experimental group.Results The serum vitamin B6 level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the serum procalcitonin level was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.01).The serum vitamin B6 expression in the experimental group was significantly negatively correlated with serum procalcitonin expression and CES-D scores(r=-0.667,-0.386,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between serum procalcitonin expression and CES-D score(r=0.251,P<0.01).Conclusions The expression of serum vitamin B6 in patients with depression is low and has a significant negative correlation with the degree of depression.The expression of serum procalcitonin is high and has a significant positive correlation with the degree of depression.
