左乙拉西坦治疗丙戊酸无效型成人难治性癫痫疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左乙拉西坦治疗丙戍酸无效型难治性癫痫患者部分性发作的临床疗效和安全性.方法将68例丙戊酸无效型难治性癫痫部分性发作患者按奇偶数法随机分为治疗组与对照组各34例,均维持其原用丙戊酸治疗方案,在上述基础上治疗组联合口服左乙拉西坦治疗,对照组联合安慰剂治疗,观察6个月.比较两组治疗后临庆疗效、脑电信号背景波情况及药物不良反应发生率.结果治疗组总有效率(67.7%)显著高于对照组(20.6%)(P<0.01);治疗后两组脑电信号背景波δ、θ、α、β频段功率与治疗前比较无显著性变化(P>0.05),同期两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论左乙拉西坦治疗丙戊酸无效型难治性癫痫部分性发作患者疗效显著,安全性高.Objective To observe the efficacy of levetiracetam in the treatment of valproic acid-ineffective adult intractable epilepsy.Methods 68 patients with partial seizures of valproic acid-ineffective intractable epilepsy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases each.All maintained their original valproic acid treatment regimen.On the basis of the above,the treatment group was combined with oral levetiracetam,and the control group was combined with placebo.The observation was performed for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,background wave of electroencephalogram(EEG)and adverse drug reactions were analyzed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(67.7%)was significantly higher than those in the control group(20.6%)(P<0.01).After treatment,the power of the background wave δ,θ,α and β bands of the two groups had no significant changes compared with before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups during the same period(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Levetiracetam has good treatment effects on patients with valproic acid ineffective intractable epilepsy,and it has high safety.
