摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科-集果干预策略模式术后护理干预对眼眶肿瘤患者眼压及眼动障碍的影响.方法特60例眼眶肿瘤患者依据建档顺序分为研究组与对照组,每组30例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以快建康复外科-集束干预策略模式的术后护理干预,观察1个月.干预前后采用眼压计测量眼压,采用卡氏评分系统评定生活质量,采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表测评护理工作满意度;统计两组术后眼动障碍、瞳孔改变、视力下降、上睑下垂等并发症发生率.结果干预1个月后研究组眼压水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),遵医行为率(96.7%)、护理工作满意度(93.3%)显著高于对照组(70.0%、70.0%)(P<0.01),卡氏评分系统功能状态、体力状况维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);研究组未出现眼动障碍、上睑下垂等并发症,并发症发生率(6.7%)与对照组(16.7%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论快速康复外科-集束干预策略模式的护理干预能显著提高眼眶肿瘤患者术后遵医行为率,对促进眼压恢复、预防眼动障碍、上睑下垂等并发症具有积极作用,有利于提高患者生活质量及对护理服务认可度.Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative intervention based on FTS-CIS mode on intraocular pressure and eye movement disorders in patients with orbital tumors.Methods A total of 60 patients with orbital tumors were divided into a study group and a control group according to the order of filing.30 patients in each group were treated with routine care.The study group was given FTS-CIS mode based on the control group for 1 month.Before and after the intervention,the tonometer was used to measure the intraocular pressure,the KPS was used to evaluate the quality of life,and the Newcastle Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)was used to measure the nursing job satisfaction.The incidence of complications such as eye movement disorders,pupil changes,decreased vision,and drooping of the upper eyelid were counted.Results After one month of intervention,the intraocular pressure level in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),and the compliance rate(96.7%)and nursing job satisfaction(93.3%)were significantly higher than the control group(70.0%,70.0%)(P<0.01),the scores of the functional status and physical condition of the Karst score system were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).No complications such as eye movement disorders and drooping blepharoplasty occurred in the study group,and the incidence of complications(6.7%)was not significantly different from the control group(16.7%)(P>0.05).Conclusions Patients with orbital tumors undergoing F TS-CIS mode nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance rate,and have a positive effect on the promotion of intraocular pressure recovery,prevention of eye movement disorders,and ptosis,andconducive to improving the quality of life of patients and recognition of nursing services.
